Faith-based groups land Clay Electric grants

BY DAN HILDEBRAN Telegraph-Times-Monitor General Manager KEYSTONE HEIGHTS— The Clay Electric Foundation gave $10,000 to the Salvation Army of Clay County to help send 48 campers to Camp Keystone during the summer.
