Motorists say new traffic signal is confusing

Westbound S.R. 100 traffic and the service road are controlled by two sets of traffic signals, one above the east crosswalk traversing SR. 100 from the Shell station to CVS and one above the western crosswalk from Walgreens to Sonny’s.
