KEYSTONE HEIGHTS— Tropical Storm Nicole forced the cancellation of the Lake Region’s Veterans Day Ceremonies. However, the Keystone Heights High school JROTC held an appreciation breakfast for veterans at the school on the Monday following the holiday.
