Ferst Readers program receives $9K from Operation Round Up grant

Representatives of Clay Electric Cooperative Inc. made a visit to Starke Head Start to donate $9,000 as part of Operation Round Up to the local Ferst Readers program, which benefits children in Bradford, Baker and Volusia counties.
