Superintendent pitches land swap with City of Starke

Bradford County Superintendent of Schools Will Hartley told Starke City commissioners that if the city agreed to a land swap with the school district, the school system would utilize the parking lot behind the Rainbow Center for bus parking. He also said his long-term plan is to demolish the old Starke Elementary School on Washington Street for public parking.
